Do you charge extra for weekend or rush delivery?

Yes. Weekend delivery runs 30% more. If you need something moved the same day, that's 65% premium on top of the standard rate. It's worth it sometimes. We can usually accommodate rush requests if you call before 2pm.

What happens if my shipment gets damaged?

Insurance is built into every plan. You file a claim, we investigate within 3 business days, and we either repair the damage or cut you a check. We've got a 94% claim approval rate. No hassle, no lawyers needed.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Absolutely. Switch from Pay Per Load to Regular Partner whenever you want. We'll pro-rate your billing. And if you need to downgrade, no penalty—just let us know.

Do you offer discounts for long-term contracts?

For Enterprise Fleet customers, yes. Longer commitments (12+ months) get better per-unit pricing. For Regular Partner, you're already getting the discount. Everything's negotiable if the volume's there.
